Large laminated lithium-ion battery [Tab Ultrasonic Welding Machine]
An apparatus that specializes in research and development such as prototype manufacturing is available now.
It sets the laminate and the positive electrode tab and the negative electrode tab on a jig. By the start command of the operator, the jig is moved to the welding position, and ultrasonic both tab individually. Then the jig comes back to the origin position. Welding condition can set on the panel.
