Corporate visits are positively encouraged from junior and senior high schools and enterprises in the region.
We hope that students will become interested in production by seeing the site directly.

We try to ensure that students may have a chance to consider their future by improving their interest in work while they obtain work experience. Therefore several students' internships are provided every year. It is good stimulation for our employees to provide this service.

We have supported this organization since it was founded. Some employees who have the soccer experience are participating as leaders now.

Moreover, we support the East Japan Soccer Festival Yonezawa as a sponsor, and help to improve the level of soccer in the Yonezawa district.

The Yonezawa Girl Kendo Rally had it’s 20th anniversary rally last year.
Hereafter, we will continue to wish the healthy promotion of youth through kendo, and we will continue to support it.

A multipurpose sports ground on which it is possible to play tennis and indoor football was completed in 2007.

We make it available not only to our employees and their families but also to the people in the whole area.

This association is the chief management of Montedio Yamagata FC. In addition, it does a variety of sports promotion business. The J1 promotion of the Montedio Yamagata, the only professional football club in Yamagata, is a service for all the inhabitants of the prefecture.
