We give personal training based on the belief that "attaining human growth" = "attaining spiritual growth". We also maintain an environment that allows our employees to develop and demonstrate their ability.

Employee education

At Hi-Mecha, we have the TL Center Yamagata, as an industrial training center, recognized by Yamagata Prefecture, in Nanyo City.
Employee education in our company consists of both sides of "Education and training that improves the humanity" and "Education and training for Ability Development".
Detailed study by Hi-Mecha employees, which is based on the theory gattaining human growthh, is a regularly scheduled part of our companyfs yearly staff education program and the study of the various rungs on the corporate Ladder.
We aim for human growth on which four mind-makings of "strong mind to the change", "Mind for values relations", "Mind for facing purpose ", and "Mind that makes the hardship provisions of growth", through the fundamentals of the TL Human Relations theory, work Theory, Cooperative Effort as human beings.
