Company cafeteria
The company cafeteria of hi-Mecha was renovated in June, 2008. The management of the company cafeteria is run by four employees, including two part time workers, without a consignation, and serves meals not only to our employees but also to our customers. The menu is designed with concern for nutritional balance, and there are 3 set lunch meals (the taste of home cooking dish, a stamina dish, and a healthy dish). The materials are also chosen concern for safety, for example the rice grown by Mr./Ms. Shimanuki, contract farmers with low agricultural chemicals and the organic vegetables. Employee's health is not just considered, but also the dishes are known to be very delicious. They are the employee's energy source.
