To prevent industrial injuries and keep the workplace healthy and lively, we have built a system of safety hygiene management that includes a safety management committee. The committee plans and carries out the educational training to prevent industrial injuries, and makes the processing procedure which is provided by the flow chart. Each section has a study committee for the workplace environment every month.　At the committee, ｗe improve consideration of safety, and try to prevent the industrial injuries. In the factory, a mandatory measurement is regularly made of the air environment and other working environments, and the safe working environment is ensured.

Employee's health care is obtained, and executed in cooperation with the adjacent clinic the Kubota clinic, and the industrial physician. The medical examination results and all the files of information on health of employee like the treatment result etc are filed.

These can be consulted at any time. Since 2008, specific medical examination and the specific health guidance have began. Since then we have advanced the establishment of a preventive care system of the High-mecha's own with the cooperative clinic.

The health of employee's mind and body is supported by the interview regarding health conditions and constant guidance of lifestyle-related diseases is provided. We have organized an environment in which everyone may work healthy and energetically.

At Hi-mecha, an on site non-smoking policy has been in force since July, 2008. Non smoking is promoted by a industrial physician in the lecture meetings.

Moreover, we participate in the campaign “Let’s entertain with clean air! ―Passive smoking prevention measures promotion― “ in Yamagata Prefecture.

We promote this policy vigorously, not only for the benefit of our customers but to ensure our employees a safe and healthy smoke free environment.

We are making efforts to promote greetings that are the basics of interpersonal relationships.
"we should say hello willingly. The greeting should be said cheerfully." is the motto.
As a result, our in-house interpersonal relationships have become smooth, and it has not only become a lively office, but also it provides a favorable reception to the customers. It has lead to the improvement of customer satisfaction.
